1. How can we ensure the security when using Gnosis-Safe in Rabby?
First of all, it’s not necessary to import your private key/mnemonic words of your admin account when you use a Gnosis-Safe account with Rabby. All you have to do is to use Rabby to connect to your existing private key manager then you can manage your admin account easily.
Rabby supports a wide variety of private key managers including hardware wallets (Ledger, Trezor,…), software wallets (Trust Wallet, imToken,…) and even enterprise-level crypto cutodians (Fireblock, Cobo,…). In this way, you can use any way you like to keep your private keys without worrying about the security issue.
In the meantime, to ensure your security when you sign your Gnosis-Safe task, Rabby does not blindly trust the data we read from Gnosis-Safe’s backend API, but also follows Gnosis-Safe’s protocol standard and directly read the on-chain status independently as cross reference to continuously double check on the input data from both sides to verify. This action is designed to ensure the security when you sign a Gnosis-Safe task.
